You need to share some details of your setup.
This sounds familiar and the resolution is to burn the dvd at the slowest speed you can. MS advises that three quarters of the file read problems can be resolved by burning at as low a speed as 1x or 2x. I can only drop down to 6x, but I haven't had the problems I was having at 16x.

i have try to get toslower writting dosent work! but i can only write in iso 9660 the notes or error are talking about iso 13346 what the hek is that -- martin, quebec can

MS has its new Wimage format. That may be it, but that should not matter because all you are doing is transferring a bootable image to physical medium (burn image to disc). You should not be performing any operations on the contents.
